The Challenge
Telehealth platforms often suffer from clunky workflows and poor accessibility. Docto needed a system that felt trustworthy and clinical, yet warm enough to reduce patient anxiety.
Our Approach
We mapped every user journey across patient and specialist roles, then designed a clean, accessible interface that passed WCAG AA standards and significantly improved appointment completion rates.
