Wood-fired restaurant and whisky distillery brand built from the ground up.
The Challenge
Briar Grove needed a brand that captured both the rugged warmth of wood-fired cooking and the sophistication of premium whisky. The identity needed to work across signage, packaging, menu, and digital channels.
Our Approach
We developed a brand system rooted in warmth, craft, and provenance — drawing on typography and illustration styles from distillery heritage while maintaining a contemporary edge.
